Was wir gefunden haben war nicht nur eine kleine Karies, sondern ein manifester Riss über die ganze Breite des Prämolaren. Wegen eingeschränkter Finanzen war eine Krone nicht erwünscht, also wurde der Zahn mit einem Bioclearaufbau frakturprophylaktisch restauriert.

What we have found was not a small carious lesion but a manifested fracture line across the whole width of the premolar. Because of limited financial possibilities a crown was not an option, therefore the tooth was restored with a low fracture risk Bioclear build-up.
