Fall C.B. – Kompositorische Vertikalextension (Bisshebung)

Dieser Patient präsentierte sich mit erosiv-abradierten Defekten an allen Zähnen mit massivem Bisshöhenverlust. Saure Süssgetränke in Kombination mit starken Muskeln haben hier gut mitgeholfen.
Wir haben uns für eine direkte Bisshebung mit Komposit entschieden, für die Front haben wir den Techniker zu Hilfe genommen.
So können wir uns für später alle Optionen offenhalten!

Die beiden verfärbten Frontzähne 21 und 22 wurden zwischenzeitlich wurzelbehandelt und inter gebleicht.

This patient had presented himself with erosive-abrasive defects on all teeth with a severe loss of bite. Sour beverages as well as strong muscles have helped. We have decided to go for direct elevation with a little help of the technician. Like this, all options for more are kept open! 21 and 22 were root canal treated and internally bleached.
