Diese Patientin kam auf Empfehlung ihrer Schwester zu mir. Jährliche Kontrollen alio loco – ich fand jedoch multiple kariöse Läsionen, zT bereits eingebrochen. Nach knapp vier intensiven Stunden sind wir mit dem Resultat sehr zufrieden.

Die Patientin hat eine Normvariante der lateralen Schneidezähne, sogenannte Zapfenzähne. Nach Kieferorthopädie verbreitern wir diese nun mit Kunststoff mithilfe der Bioclear Technik. Danke, dass ich die Bilder veröffentlichen darf.

Bereits 2013 entdeckten wir die Sekundärkaries an diesem alten Amalgamaufbau bei Zahn 26. 2018 – endlich! – durfte ich auch diesen Zahn aufbauen… Die Veränderung an der Wurzelspitze möchte der Patient nicht in Angriff nehmen.
Already in 2013 we discovered the secondary caries on this old amalgam build up on tooth 26. 2018 – finally! – I was allowed to fix this tooth. Patient does not want to treat the apical problem.
